Learn how to use EtsyScout effectively to find profitable product niches.

Starting a Research Session

Enter a specific niche like "T-shirt clipart" or "Canva templates" in the search box. You can also pick from 30+ pre-populated popular niches. Use the filters to narrow by seasonal/evergreen, revenue range, and competition level.

Understanding Results

Each product opportunity comes with a Success Score (0-100), keyword analysis, competitor data, and revenue estimates. Higher scores mean better opportunity for new sellers. Look for products marked "New Seller Friendly" to start.

Using SEO Tags & Titles

Each product includes 13 optimized Etsy tags ranked by effectiveness. Click "Copy All" to copy all tags at once. The SEO title is optimized for Etsy's 140-character limit. Use the one-click copy buttons to quickly transfer content to your Etsy listings.

Competitor Analysis

Review the top 3 competitors for each product idea. Analyze their pricing, monthly sales, and reviews to understand market positioning. Use this data to price your products competitively.

Saving Favorites

Click the heart icon on any product card to save it to your favorites. Access all favorites from the Favorites page for quick reference when creating your listings.

Exporting Data

Click "Export CSV" to download all research results in a spreadsheet format. The CSV includes product names, keywords, tags, pricing, and competitor data.

Pro Tips for Success

Start with niches that have a Success Score above 70 and Low-Medium competition. Focus on one niche at a time. Use the launch strategy tips provided with each product to optimize your listing timing and pricing.
